Fretlog, a subsidiary of Arkas Logistics, is looking to fill a Senior Executive-CSU & Pricingvacancy in Chennai (Tamil Nadu)The ideal candidate would be responsible for supporting the execution of customer service and pricing strategies within the exports division of the freight forwarding services. This role involves assisting in managing customer service operations, responding to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and supporting the implementation of competitive pricing strategies for export services.Responsibilities are both managerial and operational. Including the management of sea&air export pricing and promptly communicating rates to clients while adhering to company policies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.Main Responsibilities:Work closely with the operations team to ensure client requirements are communicated and met effectivelyCoordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, pricing) to ensure smooth and efficient service deliveryPrepare sea and air rate quotations for all client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and competitivenessNegotiate with vendors to secure the most favorable rates for all logistics requirements, including overseas partners and agentsEnsure that the service delivery process aligns with customer expectations and company policiesWork closely with the sales team to align pricing strategies, gather customer feedback, and develop customer retention initiativesQualifications:University degree or suitable equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of work experience in the same fieldMS Office programsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenOutstanding people skills
