We’re building a team that’s passionate, agile, and driven to create impact at scale.Job SummaryAs a Catalog Associate / Senior Catalog Associate, you will be responsible for end-to-end catalog operations including data accuracy, content quality, and timely onboarding of SKUs. You will work closely with internal teams such as procurement, merchandising, and tech to ensure product listings are optimized for discoverability and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and manage product listings across platforms (internal and external).Ensure accurate mapping of product specifications, descriptions, images, and tags.Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for catalog data and resolve discrepancies.Maintain product taxonomy, categories, and standardization.Perform regular audits to maintain catalog hygiene and fix errors.Collaborate with the tech/product team for catalog system improvements.Analyze catalog metrics (e.g., listing completeness, error rate) and recommend improvements.For Senior roles:Mentor junior catalog team members.Lead catalog-related projects or process improvements.Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding and categorization.Key Requirements3–5 years of experience in catalog operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.Strong knowledge of catalog management systems and Excel/Google Sheets.Attention to detail and a structured approach to data handling.Familiarity with content quality standards, taxonomy, and keyword tagging.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.For senior roles: Team handling or project management experience is a plus.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related fields preferred).Experience with tools like PIM, CMS, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
