Experience: 7+ YearsWe’re on the lookout for a talented Lead 2D Game Artist to lead our Art team and define the visual style of our mobile and casual games. You’ll work on characters, environments, UI, and animations—bringing games to life with your creative vision. Responsibilities: * Leadership and Mentorship: Provide feedback, guidance, and support to junior and senior artists, while ensuring team collaboration and individual growth. * Asset Creation: Design and produce high-quality assets for games, immersive backgrounds, engaging character designs, game UI/UX, and animations. * Problem Solving: Identify design challenges quickly and propose creative, practical solutions during art reviews and collaborative meetings. * Analytical skills: Review the GDD and break down high level requirements into smaller ones. Ability to quickly identify problems and suggest solutions in art reviews * Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Communicating closely with the Art Director and across to the other teams * Ensure consistency and maintain the art style across all UI components, adhering to the game's aesthetic and brand guidelines. * Stay updated on mobile gaming trends and technologies related to UI/UX design. Requirements: * 7+ years of experience in 2D game art for mobile platforms. * Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of art styles and various mobile game genres like casual, hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, puzzle games. * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, etc * Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and character design. * Deep understanding of game-art & UI/UX principles, player behavior, and cross-platform design. * Expertise over AI tools used for creating game art assets Apply Now or share with a suitable candidate!
