Job Title: Human Resources ManagerLocation: Le Dupleix & The Promenade, Pondicherry, IndiaJob Summary:The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with company policies. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and labor law compliance to support the hotel's growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead recruitment processes across levels, ensuring the selection of top talent in both the hotels.Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and grievance handling.Oversee Payroll, Appraisals, Compliances, Feedback Mechanisms, and overall HR ops.Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.Develop HR policies aligned with business goals.Optimize staffing levels for operational efficiency.Prepare MIS reports, recruitment data and various HR reports.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.5+ years of HR experience in the hospitality industry preferred.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
