Position Responsibilities● Act and Deliver as the TA POC for specific business● Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms,professional networks, and employee referrals.● Run the day-of application steps; perform the initial screening and validation ofapplicants; facilitate the relevant assessments, such as digital voice assessment;conduct interviews for selected candidates.● Convey interview decisions and selection decisions to final round applicants. Ensure asmooth onboarding experience for new hires.● Provide the talent acquisition operations support team with all relevant information fortracking purposes, and ensure all events and programs align with the vision and strategythat the Talent Acquisition Manager manages● Stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends and industry best practices in recruitment● Build a strong network of tech talent to create a robust talent pipeline.Minimum Qualifications● Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholdermanagement at multiple levels● Bachelor or above degree from a reputable university● 4-6 years of technical recruiting experience● Strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape and in-demand skills● Experience in independently managing stakeholders at senior leadership levels
