Position Summary: AIM Research is seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead its Industry Collaborations division, with a core focus on serving U.S.-based clients across media, services and technology sectors. This role involves overseeing high-impact projects that drive engagement, growth and visibility, while also spearheading the expansion of our flagship initiative—the Leaders Council—by building strong partnerships with influential leaders and decision-makers. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in client engagement, program execution and stakeholder management within the U.S. business landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategic GrowthLead the planning and execution of industry collaboration initiatives aligned with U.S. client needs and business objectives.Develop scalable project management frameworks to ensure operational excellence.Expand the Leaders Council by strategically identifying, engaging and onboarding senior leaders from technology and services sectors.Define and track KPIs tied to engagement metrics, campaign success, and growth outcomes.U.S. Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and manage relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across U.S.-based organizations.Develop tailored engagement strategies for clients in services and tech domains.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of U.S.-focused campaigns and client initiatives.Strategic Planning & ExecutionManage timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination for multiple client-facing projects.Regularly assess project progress and drive continuous improvements for stronger outcomes.Business Development & Market ExpansionDrive the U.S. market expansion of the Leaders Council, identifying new verticals and opportunities for influence.Drive sales and marketing teams with insight-driven strategies to engage prospective clients and partners.Design campaigns and initiatives that elevate AIM Media House’s presence in key U.S. industry circles.Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor campaign performance and program ROI through data analytics and stakeholder feedback.Present detailed reports and strategic insights to internal leadership and external clients.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.15 - 20 years of professional experience in program management, client partnerships, or strategic initiatives, preferably in a U.S.-centric role.Proven track record of serving U.S. clients across media, services, and tech sectors.Strong experience in leading business programs, managing cross-functional teams, and scaling strategic initiatives.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with executive-level stakeholders.A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-impact results.
