You will own the entire cold calling pipeline: hiring → training → scripting → daily demo goals → performance tracking. If you know how to turn raw call lists into revenue — and how to scale teams from 5 to 50 reps across India, the Philippines, LATAM, and Eastern Europe — this role is yours.What You'll OwnDaily Demo Output:Ensure team delivers qualified sales demos daily — no excuses Hiring & Onboarding:Recruit cold callers across global time zones, onboard fast, and train with impact. Team Management:Lead, coach, and motivate 5–50+ cold callers across remote geographies. Script Building & Optimization:Build world-class objection-handling and conversion-driven call scripts. Performance Tracking:Own KPIs like contact rate, booking rate, call time, and conversion %Tech Stack Management: Manage CRM logging, call tools (e.g., Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk), and productivity dashboards. Call Quality Assurance:Conduct regular call audits, coaching, and reporting. Cross-Team Sync:Work with sales closers, marketing, and SDR leadership to align goals.Must-Have Experience 3–7 years of experience in cold calling leadership roles (preferably B2B SaaS or services). Proven ability to scale cold calling teams globally (India, PH, LATAM, etc.). You’ve built remote SDR/BDR teams that consistently delivered 20–100+ qualified demos weekly. Deep knowledge of SMB sales — especially U.S.-based small businesses. Obsessed with outbound performance metrics and coaching reps to win.
