The Sommelier will be responsible for: Creating a strong wine program at the restaurant Wine pairing Wine sales Food & Beverage coordination Effective communication of the wine program to guests Promoting the wine story across various digital and offline channels Qualifications Wine Pairing and Sommelier skills Experience in Wine Sales and Food & Beverage Strong communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Attention to detail and excellent tasting abilities Certification in wine studies or sommelier training is a plus Previous experience in hospitality industry Knowledge of international wines and wine regions
