Urgent Hiring: Electrical Planning Engineer & Estimation Engineer For KSA Job Roles & Responsibilities:   Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets.   Analyze project specifications to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs.   Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).   Coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.   Identify risks and propose mitigation plans. Daily Tasks:   Create and update project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project.   Monitor progress and generate reports for management.   Collaborate with procurement and construction teams for resource allocation.   Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project plans.   Track and document project variations and changes. Requirements:  ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.  ✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in planning or estimation roles.  ✅ Proficiency in software like Primavera P6, MS Project, or AutoCAD.  ✅ Strong analytical and communication skills.  ✅ Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory.
