Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager at Srimanta Sankardeva Hospital located in Dibrugarh East. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the hospital's facilities. This includes managing the building's infrastructure, maintenance, coordinating repairs and renovations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing inventory, and supervising housekeeping staff. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing facility policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience in facility management and maintenance (3-5 Years) Knowledge of basic building systems and equipment Digitally / technically sound Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally fluent in Hindi, Assamese & English Ability to work well in a team Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Experience in healthcare facilities is a plus Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
