Role & Responsibilities: ● Identify potential leads and reach out to businesses via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn ● Set up meetings, demo calls, and maintain strong client follow-ups ● Assist in developing and optimizing sales strategies ● Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly ● Collaborate with the creative team to pitch tailored ad solutions ● Research competitor activity and market trends ● Represent and You Dot professionally in meetings, proposals, and client interactions Who You Are: ● A student or recent graduate (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred) ● A self-starter with excellent communication skills ● Comfortable talking to clients and building relationships ● Interested in startups, marketing, and sales ● Familiar with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (a plus) Perks: ● Hands-on experience in real-world business development ● Earn commissions on successful lead conversions ● Certificate of completion + Letter of Recommendation ● Fast-track opportunity to a paid role after 3 months ● Exposure to both creative and performance marketing projects
