Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled VMware Cloud Foundation (vCF) and VMware Aria (formerly vRealize) Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing private cloud solutions using VMware’s integrated cloud infrastructure platform and automation suite.Key Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation environments.Implement and maintain VMware Aria Suite components including Aria Automation (vRA), Aria Operations (vROps), Aria Operations for Logs (vRLI), and Aria Automation Orchestrator (vRO).Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Aria Automation.Monitor and optimize system performance, capacity, and availability.Develop custom workflows, blueprints, and automation scripts to enhance self-service capabilities.Integrate vCF and Aria with third-party tools and services as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and application requirements.Maintain documentation related to system architecture, configuration, and processes.Stay current on VMware technologies and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.Qualifications:5+ years of experience with VMware technologies including ESXi, vCenter, and NSX.2+ years of hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation.Strong experience with VMware Aria Suite (vRA, vROps, vRLI, vRO).Solid understanding of SDDC concepts, networking, storage, and security in a virtualized environment.Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (e.g., PowerCLI, Ansible, Terraform).Familiarity with API integrations and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX are a plus.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
