Job Type: RemoteLocation: Anywhere (Must work 9-5 KSA time, Sunday to Thursday) The ideal candidate will manage the entire process from initial client brief through to the final proposed solution, ensuring both quality and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & BriefingLiaise directly with clients/sales team to understand, clarify, and challenge research briefs and business objectives.Advise on the best research approaches and methodologies based on the needs and market context.Proposal & Solution DesignDevelop comprehensive, tailored market research proposals, including scope, methodology and timelines.Design end-to-end research solutions, integrating both qualitative and quantitative methods as appropriate.Ensure proposals clearly articulate the research objectives, rationale, and expected outcomes.Study competitive context for the client and conduct secondary research based on the proposal requirements  Ownership of Presales Process Take ownership of the proposal process from inception to delivery, coordinating with internal teams as needed.Oversee the transition from proposal acceptance to project initiation, ensuring a seamless handover to the research execution team.Proactively suggest new approaches and frameworks to enhance proposal quality and research impact.RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years in market research, with significant experience in proposal writing, research solution design, and client engagement.Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and the ability to design integrated, practical research solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex research concepts into clear, client-friendly proposals.Experience working in multicultural environments, and a good understanding of the KSA and UAE markets is a plus.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with the team.
