Job Description

We are seeking a performance-driven Online Merchandiser to manage category performance and merchandising strategy on our website. The ideal candidate will also bring operational excellence and platform integration capabilities to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience across inventory, listings, and fulfillment.Key Responsibilities:Category & Merchandising Management:Manage and optimize assigned product categories on the website to drive discoverability, conversion, and revenue.Own homepage and category navigation updates, product sequencing, tagging, and filter logic to improve user experience.Product Listing & Content Management:Ensure accurate and SEO-friendly listings with relevant titles, descriptions, images, and metadata.Regularly audit content and collaborate with creative and content teams to maintain visual consistency and accuracy.Operational Oversight & Platform Integrations:Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock sync and product availability.Work on e-commerce operations workflows including order syncing, status mapping, and returns.Manage product and order flow integrations using platforms such as Unicommerce (prior experience is a strong plus).Troubleshoot platform-related errors and work with tech/support teams to resolve listing or integration issues.Campaigns & Sales Execution:Plan and implement category-specific campaigns and offers, collaborating with marketing and performance teams.Support key sales events and product launches with merchandising readiness and execution planning.Analytics & Reporting:Monitor category KPIs (conversion, GMV, bounce rate, etc.) and propose merchandising actions based on insights.Analyze product and category performance to identify growth opportunities and slow-moving stock.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and operations, preferably with a D2C brand or category-based website.Experience with Unicommerce or similar OMS/IMS platforms is strongly preferred.Hands-on with Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce and familiar with CMS, inventory tools, and basic HTML a plus.Strong grasp of data-driven decision-making and category performance analysis.Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and stakeholder management abilities.
