Location: Hyderabad / Vijayawada (with frequent travel across AP & Telangana)Department: Offline SalesReports To: Head – Offline Sales (SOLARA)Experience: 5–10 yearsIndustry Preference: Hard Goods / Consumer Durables / Home & Kitchen Appliances / CookwareAbout SOLARA:SOLARA is India’s premium D2C brand in drinkware, cookware, and small kitchen appliances. Our mission is to bring safe-for-you, thoughtfully designed products to modern Indian households. Key Responsibilities:Market Expansion:Identify and appoint distributors, super stockists, and dealers across major cities and towns in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.Open general trade, modern trade, and institutional channels for SOLARA products.Sales & Revenue:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories (drinkware, cookware, appliances).Track sell-in and sell-out metrics and ensure healthy inventory rotation at the channel level.Retail Execution:Implement visual merchandising, planogram execution, and in-store activations.Coordinate with marketing team to roll out local promotions and BTL activities.Channel Relationship Management:Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers and channel partners.Ensure timely collections, stock replenishment, and compliance with credit terms.Team Leadership:As the team scales, hire and manage TSMs / SOs in key towns.Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in Hard Goods, preferably in Home/Kitchen appliances or Cookware.Proven track record in channel sales, especially in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.Deep understanding of distributor dynamics, retail structures, and consumer preferences in Tier 1–Tier 3 cities.Strong communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).Willingness to travel extensively across both states.Why Join SOLARA?Be part of a fast-growing D2C brand expanding rapidly into offline.Work with a founder-led, innovation-driven team.Opportunity to shape the offline footprint of one of India’s most dynamic consumer brands.
