We’re looking for a Transport Manager to lead our supply team and manage all supplier-related operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and train the supply team to follow SOPs and improve negotiation skillsGuide team on vendor selection based on route, vehicle type, and success rateHandle all escalations from suppliers — accidents, halting, disputes, etc.Maintain rate intelligence for major routes and know supplier strengthsPersonally negotiate where required to ensure marginsKeep track of blacklisted suppliers and past issuesEnsure the supply team is responsive, efficient, and disciplinedWho You Are:5+ years of experience in transport/logistics operationsStrong knowledge of vehicle types, goods compatibility, and market ratesConfident negotiator with good memory of vendor performanceMotivated, proactive, and able to lead from the front
