Our mission is to minimize the time and cost involved in hiring and relocating talent globally, while making the entire process stress-free for our clients. Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, specifically in the construction sector. This role will focus on recruiting Filipino and other nationalities from the Middle East.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify skilled candidates in the construction sector from the Middle East for placement in Europe.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients.Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa requirements, and recruitment best practices.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation, onboarding assistance, and relocation support.RequirementsProven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, specifically sourcing and placing candidates in the construction sector.Strong understanding of recruitment processes for hiring Filipino talent for roles in the Middle East.Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.Familiarity with visa processing and international employment regulations for overseas workers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.A background in international recruitment, particularly in overseas Filipino worker (OFW) placements, is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Be part of a cutting-edge recruitment technology platform shaping the future of global hiring.Work in a dynamic and collaborative startup environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and development.Flexible remote/hybrid work setup.
