Faxoc offers AI-powered recruitment, job matching, large resume database, automated resume search, job advertisements, talent pool management, applications tracking, staffing agencies management, employee onboarding, and employee performance analytics.Role DescriptionThe Human Resource Director is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes areas such as talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion. The HR Director provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and board of directors.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning.Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration.Ensure legal compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing employee development, accountability, and continuous improvement.Design and oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the organization.Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth.Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Analyze HR metrics and trends to guide decision-making and improve HR practices.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.Proven experience in strategic planning, policy development, and team leadership.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is strongly preferred.Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
