Job Title: Medical DoctorQualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution, fresher & experienced candidates are welcomeWork Schedule: 10am to 7pm, 6 days a week at TMS Mindspace Clinic, Koramangala, BangaloreJob Responsibilities:Clinical Tasks:1. Conduct patient consultations and examinations2. Diagnose and treat various medical conditions3. Prescribe medications and therapies as needed4. Provide emergency care and stabilization when necessary5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsManagerial Tasks:1. Oversee clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow2. Manage and supervise support staff (e.g., nurses, receptionists)3. Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures4. Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care6.Work with lead management team on patient interactions.Additional Responsibilities:1. Stay updated with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices2. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teamsRequirements:1. Valid MBBS degree and registration with the relevant medical council2. Strong clinical and communication skills3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team4.
