JD of Manager - ExportsKey Responsibilities:Develop Business Prospects for export sales for international markets for 24 Mantra Organic Products Handle all aspects of export documentation – commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Indent’s Etc….,Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements (DGFT, MEIS/RODTEP, EPCs, etc.).Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, production, Certification ) for smooth export transactions.Build and maintain strong client relationships; address inquiries and resolve issues related to export orders & travel to market on better understanding for once in a YearMonitor and report on export sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends (SKU’s wise)develop export network for range of products, including road map, documentation as per countries.Identify new business opportunities in different Countries.Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements.Carry out market research, conduct surveys, study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.Identify and participate in relevant trade shows and represent the company1. Order ManagementLead export operations, pricing strategy, and profitability.Set and execute monthly/annual sales targets.Drive short- and long-term business plans aligned with company goals.2. Shipment Information & Market StrategyPlan and manage exports, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration.Provide monthly sales projections and ensure price competitiveness.Enhance brand visibility and capture market share.3. MIS PreparationOversee key account deals, credit control, and client relationships.Manage PI generation, confirmations, team intimation, and documentation review.4. Market Support CoordinationHandle pricing, logistics, negotiations, and trade operations.Conduct market/competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Explore new sales channels to expand customer baseMBA / PGD Preferred in (International business/Sales & Marketing/ Export & Import)Any additional course/ certification programme in Export/ Import With 5+ Years of Experience in Business / International Trade
