Job Description

Responsibilities -Portfolio Oversight Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and align projects with vision and strategic goals including respective BU/Functions.Track and report on key portfolio metrics, including project performance, resource utilization, and financial performance.Program Governance Lead and manage consistent application of project management, best practices and methodologies across the organization.Develop and maintain project management standards, processes, tools, and templates to ensure efficient project delivery.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external vendors.Identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks, ensuring that all projects have robust risk management plans in place.Ensure adherence to standards and requirements in all project management activities e.g., entering new demands, status of projects etc.Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of the PMO and implementing enhancements as needed. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field. PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar certifications are highly preferred.Required Skills -10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a PMO.Strong experience in managing large, complex projects and portfoliosProven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project delivery. Preferred Skills -Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SNOW, JIRA, , etc.).Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
