Hi folks,We have multiple requirement for our clientLocation -Hyderabad5 days workingHybrid modeExp Required -2-5yrsSALES SUPPORT STAFF-Renewal operations /Escalations /Quote and contractJob descriptionFor Renewal operationsManage a queue of incoming Operations Requests in Salesforce.com and complete requests in a timely manner. • Assist Renewal Reps with the configuration of complex quotes in Salesforce CPQ including but not limited to co-terming, tiered pricing, and other adjustments. • Initiate back-office processes for our EOL/EOS products. • Serve as the point person for issues and liaison with other internal departments as needed to bring issues to resolution. • Participate in projects to create efficienciesFor Escalations• Receive ops request regarding specific escalated customer issues, make sure it is coded properly, and route escalation to the appropriate internal teams for resolution • Continue to monitor progress of the escalation and provide frequent updates to Account Executive until issue is resolved • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills Interested candidates share your resume on purnima.prometheus@ or whtsapp on 9220927729
