Summary: This position leads and manages the administration, documentation and operations of the sales incentive programs, policies and procedures. It is responsible for processing commissions on a quarterly basis and accurately reporting sales professionals and manager results and analysis of compensation calculations by plan.Essential Functions: Analyze and verify booking entry credit for each opportunity from the Sales to apply against each sales professionals and managers signed compensation plan. Responsible for accurately and timely payment of commissions on a monthly basis for all sales professionals, managers, and others identified and assigned. Act as key point person for sales reps and sales managers. Responsible for communicating sales plan details and the impact to individuals.Manage the operations of sales compensation programs including documentation, sales plan communication materials, incentive calculations, approvals for payments, payment records including timely payment and accurate record keeping and the sales compensation system and its functionality with regard to preforming calculations of the plan.Prepare sales performance reports for management for use in understanding cost of sales, quota attainment, pipeline activity, system, etc.Build strong working relationships with sales team members and sales management to pay commissions per sales compensation plan; interprets plans and helps resolve commission payment discrepancies.Communicate with the sales management team on issues and policies as well as responding to requests for information.Provide monthly detailed rep and manager commission payment for recording in the general ledgerOrder, cancel and manage specific information for operations team members.Coordinate with Financial Analysts of each area on commission accrual reporting and data transfers.Facilitate acknowledgement of bookings and commission payments for sales reps in other business entities within the company including coordinating with various payroll personnel to process payment of commissions to sales reps in respective organizations.
