ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and coordination of events and exhibitions, including vendor management, logistics, and real-time problem-solvingBrand Outreach & Relationship Building: Handle communication with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely updates and smooth collaborationCampaign Management: Coordinate outreach campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking responses through email and WhatsAppCross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Creative teams to ensure smooth coordination for events.Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Handle ad-hoc tasks and event-day challenges with a can-do attitude, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.Qualifications: Event Coordination Skills: Interest or basic exposure to managing logistics, vendors, or multitasking during events—prior experience is a bonus.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to different audiencesTech-Savvy: Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.Marketing & PR Understanding: Previous experience in marketing, public relations, or fashion events is a plus.Brownie Points: If you know your way around graphic design tools like Photoshop or even Canva—big win!
