Job Title: ServiceNow Change/ Communications, and Training Analyst (Contract)Location: Gurugram - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days remoteDuration: 12 months rolling contractRate - Upto 12000/DayAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Change, Communications, and Training Analyst to support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow within our organization. This role is crucial in managing organizational change through well-structured change management, communication, and training strategies to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption.Key Responsibilities:Change Management:Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Plan to support ServiceNow rollouts and enhancements.Identify change impacts, key stakeholders, and organizational readiness.Partner with project teams and business units to manage resistance and promote adoption.Communications:Create and implement a targeted Communications Plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.Draft, edit, and deliver various communications such as emails, newsletters, executive briefings, and user guides.Coordinate with internal comms teams to ensure message consistency and alignment.Training:Develop a Training Plan tailored to various user groups and functional roles.Design and deliver training materials including presentations, quick reference guides, job aids, eLearning, and hands-on sessions.Facilitate and lead virtual or in-person training sessions as needed.Collect feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in Change Management, Communication, and Training roles for large technology implementations.Experience with ServiceNow implementations or enhancements is strongly preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in creating user-centric training and support materials.Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and LMS platforms (e.g., SAP Litmos, Docebo, or similar).Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting enterprise system deployments.
