We are looking for a dynamic and experienced After Sales Service Engineer to join our Machine Building Division (MBD). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses.Key Responsibilities:Independently handle installation, commissioning, and servicing of hydraulic and mechanical presses at client sites.Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, minimizing machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.Diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC systems.Coordinate effectively with customers and service teams for resolution of technical issues.Supervise manpower during on-site installations and maintenance activities.Ensure adherence to safety standards during all service operations.Maintain service documentation, reports, and technical logs.Candidate Profile:Experience: 8–12 years in the manufacturing or heavy machinery industry, preferably with exposure to presses (mechanical & hydraulic).Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with consistent academic scores (minimum 60%).Technical Skills Required:In-depth knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic press systems.Experience in crane-assisted heavy equipment installation.Familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).Understanding of power and motor control systems, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under field conditions.Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
