Job Description: Chief Program ManagerReporting To: Chairperson/TrusteeLocation: New DelhiEducation & ExperiencePostgraduate degree with strong English language and digital communication skillsMinimum 5 years of experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, hospital, or healthcare communication sectorFamiliarity with healthcare systems and terminology is essentialExperience working with National Health Mission (NHM), hospitals, or public relations is an assetKey ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise junior staff, ensuring high team performance and coordinationManage communication and outreach to large populations; maintain detailed response trackingLiaise and network with external agencies and partners for collaboration and outreachResearch, curate, and draft content for print, website, and digital platformsOrganize and coordinate events such as webinars, seminars, campaigns, and physical programsManage the organization’s website and social media presence, including timely updatesSupport improvements in organizational processes related to patient safety initiativesHandle administrative functions including budgeting, expense tracking, and reportingCoordinate with trustees and senior members within and outside the organizationPerform other responsibilities as assigned Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team-building qualitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and goal-orientedFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet researchComfortable with EdTech and digital communication toolsExperience in clinical content creation, especially for Maternal & Newborn Health (MNH) and public educationCreative, analytical, and capable of ideating and executing communication strategiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyOpen to learning and adopting emerging technologies
