Business Development ExecutiveLocation : Subhanpura, Vadodara ( Onsite)Budget : negotiable ( depends upon interview )Experience: 1+ years in an IT company.Client Handling: Experience working with both local and international clients.Travel: Ready to travel locally or internationally.6 days working 10AM-7PM Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research:Conduct thorough research to identify new IT markets emerging technologies andcustomer needs.Analyze industry trends competitor activities and market demands to guide strategy.Lead Generation:Generate and qualify leads through networking cold calling and digital marketing efforts.Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients in sectors like healthcare finance andtechnology.Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that align with theirbusiness objectives.Sales Strategy:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotionalmaterials.Proposal Development:Prepare and present detailed business proposals technical solutions and projectestimates.Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to drive revenue growth.Collaboration:Work closely with technical teams to meet client needs and deliver solutions effectively.Collaborate with product managers to align offerings with market demands.Performance Tracking:Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends providing regular reports to management.Adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.Networking:Attend industry conferences seminars and networking events to promote the company&rsquo s services and generate leads.Build a network of industry contacts to support business development efforts.Education/ExperienceQualificationsBachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.Strong understanding of IT products services and solutions.
