From major tech rollouts to strategic initiatives, Volonte helps enterprises maximize ROI on their investments in people and platforms—while creating a more human, engaging change experience for employees.The Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) to join our remote team in India.As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. You will work across the entire stack, from the database to the user interface, collaborating closely with the product and design teams to bring features to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Design, develop, test, and deploy both front-end and back-end components of our web applications using the MEAN stack.Build and consume RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular.Work with MongoDB for data modeling, querying, and management.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices (including using TypeScript).Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge with the team.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and architecture.Who We're Looking For:We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).2 to 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on the MEAN stack.Proven track record of building and deploying web applications.Required Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.Extensive experience with TypeScript.Expertise in Angular (preferably Angular 2+).Solid understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.Understanding of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Angular CLI).Experience writing unit and integration tests.Good to Know (Bonus Skills):Familiarity with other database systems (SQL or NoSQL).Experience with AWS cloud platforms and deployment strategies.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) with Angular.Exposure to Python or other programming languages.Desired Attributes:Beyond technical skills, we value these qualities:Loads of energy: Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about technology and problem-solving.Accountable: Takes ownership of features and projects from start to finish.Resourceful: Ability to find solutions, overcome obstacles, and learn new technologies independently.Customer-centric: Thinks about the impact of their work on the end-user.Curious: A continuous learner who explores new ideas and approaches.Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.What You'll Get In Return:Joining our team means:Great Experience: Work closely with a US-based startup team and gain significant experience in a fast-growing environment.Remote Work: Flexibility to work from anywhere in India.Competitive Salary & Benefits: Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience, along with standard benefits Grow with us: Be a core part of building out a category-defining software product .
