Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Head Chef at Spanios Hospitality LLP's Modern South Indian Restaurant, located in Gurgaon. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring hygiene standards are met, cooking, and managing food service. The Head Chef will develop new culinary dishes, manage kitchen staff, and ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes. Additionally, the Head Chef will be involved in inventory management, cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.QualificationsProficiency in Food Preparation and CookingStrong knowledge of Hygiene standards and Food ServiceExcellent Culinary SkillsLeadership and Team Management abilitiesAbility to develop new dishes and innovate with South Indian cuisineStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience in inventory management and cost controlUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsBachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
