They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.Job Summary:Data, Analytics and AI Driven Organization: One Data, Analytics and AI Function drive the vision to transform the Bank into AI Driven Organization. This role will operate in Hub and Spoke Model with every Business and Functions to ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant development and deployment of AI systems within an organization. This role involves creating and enforcing policies that promote transparency, accountability, and fairness, while mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Implement a Responsible AI Plan with a supporting benefits realization plan.Define AI current state assessment framework with periodic maturity checkpoints.Develop and maintain Responsible AI policies, standards, and procedures.Report to the AI Council and Focus Group forums on key activities, metrics, and insights.Ensure that all details of AI models and solutions are recorded in a centralized AI Inventory and Service CatalogProvide training and guidance to staff on AI governance mattersKeep abreast of global AI governance trends, regulations, and best practicesWork with cross-functional teams to integrate AI governance principles into existing processes and proceduresStay updated on the latest AI regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring company adherenceConduct risk assessments to identify potential ethical, legal, and reputational risks associated with AI useKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (for e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics)5+ years of experience in technology or financial services, with at least 3 years in a risk or governance roleStrong understanding of AI technologies like Azure Open AI, ML Ops, Data Science ML Models and their ethical implications.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Skills:Strategic vision and business acumen.Technical literacy and AI fluency.Ethical AI leadership.Data-driven decision making.Cross-disciplinary collaboration.Innovation and agility.Human-centered AI and emotional intelligence.Project managementDautom Company Introduction:Dautom is a prominent name across the globe in IT consulting services.
