The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, leads the talent acquisition team, collaborates with department heads, and implements innovative sourcing techniques to support the company's growth and culture.Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, networking, and recruitment marketing efforts.Utilize data and metrics to measure recruitment performance and improve hiring processes.Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators; provide training and support for professional growth.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all hiring practices.Collaborate with HR and DEI teams to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and job boards.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS), and sourcing techniques.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally.Experience in employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives is a plus.
