You might be the perfect fit if you show dedication to your clients’ KPIs and campaign performance metrics while knowing when to rely on data or intuition for decisions and work collaboratively to establish strong relations with clients and peers.WHAT YOU'LL DO Orchestrate B2B marketing strategy development and maintain its execution to ensure alignment with client goals. You plan AND do the work. Collaborate with clients to create and execute effective marketing strategies across various channels for high-impact campaigns.Develop and evaluate marketing dashboards together with workflow automation processes. Our team delivers reports that focus on campaign performance while tracking progress towards achievement of clients’ marketing goals.Strategize, plan, and implement tactics such as: CRO and landing page/creative testing Pay-per-click advertising across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Utilize search engine optimization techniques to increase website traffic and conversion rates.Our team develops email and CRM programs alongside lifecycle marketing initiatives to support our clients.Work together with department leaders to develop and improve client strategies and scopes.WHO YOU ARE Your digital marketing background exceeds five years while including strong analytical skills and strategic planning capabilities along with comprehensive knowledge of all digital marketing channels and expertise in a minimum of two channels.Your professional background includes working with B2B clients while working at an agency.You deeply understand B2B digital marketing and have technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: paid media, CRM, analytics & attribution, CRO. Your knowledge of web analytics fundamentals extends to conversion tracking and tagging while you have developed analytics reports, dashboards and slide decks driven by analysis. Your knowledge includes the distinction between GTM tags and triggers. You can determine the appropriate moments to utilize GA4 explore features and when to employ Looker Studio.Your creative problem-solving expertise enables you to develop and execute innovative B2B marketing strategies with extensive experience.During shower time you become consumed by thinking about your client’s business challenges.You achieve efficient process management through cross-functional collaboration to build strong relationships. You perform project management tasks effectively even though you are not officially labeled as a project manager.Your skill set includes running client meetings that achieve optimal outcomes. You don’t waffle or up talk. Your expertise allows you to understand when to show client deference and when to assert yourself.
