Company:Avanzar Health – A healthcare-focused marketing agency working with multi-speciality hospitals and speciality chains/clinics across India.Location:Remote (Company based in Mumbai)Working Hours: 4 hours/day (between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Monday to FridayCompensation:Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 / month Performance Bonus: ₹3,500 per qualified meeting (Google Meet or in-person) with decision-makersA daily quota of calls and a monthly commitment on fixing meetings would be set for ongoing engagement.Role Summary:We are hiring a Sales / Pre-Sales team with prior experience in the healthcare industry. The role involves outbound calling, data gathering, and sales support to drive meetings with decision-makers (marketing, admin, CXOs, doctor-owners) in hospitals and clinic chains.Freelance / Contractual role – Ideal for professionals who want flexible hoursPreference will be given to candidates who have worked in sales roles targeting hospitals/clinicsKey Responsibilities:Outbound Calling (Primary – 80%)Cold call hospitals, clinic chains, and speciality clinics across IndiaBypass gatekeepers (reception) to connect with the right decision-makersFix qualified meetings (Google Meet or Physical) with the marketing/management teamData Research (10%)Identify target hospitals/clinics using web research, directories, LinkedIn, etc.Build and maintain prospect lists in CRMSales Ops & CRM (10%)Send follow-up emails, proposalsUpdate CRM with call logs, meeting notes, lead statusCoordinate internally for smooth sales handoverIdeal Candidate Profile:2+ years of pre-sales / inside sales experience in HealthTech / MedTech / Healthcare SaaS companies (e.g., HIMS, EMR, Practice Management Software, Telemedicine platforms, Practo, DocOn, etc.)Proven track record of fixing meetings with hospital/clinic decision-makersStrong understanding of hospital org structures – how to navigate through reception to reach marketing/admin/doctor leadership teamsSkills & Tools Required:Excellent spoken English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus)Confident phone presence and persistence in follow-upsFamiliarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.)Basic email drafting and follow-up communication skillsGoogle Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet)---------------- -------- ---------------------- -------- ------ATTENTION PROFESSIONALS IN PHARMA, MEDTECH, HEALTHCARE MARKETING:if you're already working with hospitals or doctors and have relevant networks or referrals, we offer a 10–15% commission on the monthly project revenue for any client you help us acquire.
