We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging digital experiences, ensuring user-centric design principles are at the core of every project.Exp- 4 - 6 years MOW-Onsite (Bengaluru)Key Responsibilities:User Research & Analysis – Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design solutions.Wireframing & Prototyping – Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern tools.Visual & Interaction Design – Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.Usability Testing – Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences.Design System Management – Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.Required Skills & Expertise:Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools.Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.Ability to create responsive and mobile-first designs.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (not mandatory but a plus).Strong storytelling and communication skills to present design concepts effectively.Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.
