This is a full-time on-site role requiring hands-on presence and strong communication with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Daily supervision of site activities and ensuring alignment with design plans.Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.Maintain work progress as per project schedules and ensure resource optimization.Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.Monitor construction quality and ensure safety regulations are met.Communicate updates, challenges, and progress with the project manager/client.Prepare and maintain reports, checklists, and documentation.Candidate Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.Minimum 1 year of site experience (residential/commercial).Proficient in reading construction drawings and project planning.Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishing.Good communication and organizational skills.Basic computer skills; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
