As part of our expanding digital team, we’re seeking a strategic and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist who understands the power of influence—and knows how to build authentic, ROI-driven influencer partnerships.Role OverviewAs an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will lead and execute influencer campaigns from ideation to reporting. You’ll identify high-impact creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), negotiate partnerships, and track performance to optimize future initiatives. Your goal is to grow brand visibility, engagement, and conversion through strategic influencer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign KPIs.Source, vet, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and creators across industries and platforms.Lead outreach, negotiation, and contracting while ensuring compliance with legal and brand standards.Coordinate content calendars, deliverables, and posting schedules in collaboration with influencers.Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI, conversions), and prepare post-campaign reports.Stay up to date with influencer trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity.Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, social media, paid media, and content teams.What We're Looking For1–4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or creator strategy.Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, or similar.Organized, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative.
