As the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Revenue, you will lead the charge in accelerating revenue through powerful alliances, scalable partnerships, and high-value commercial strategies across our three core growth engines: Jobs, Learning & Coaching, and Community & Engagement.What You'll OwnStrategic Partnerships & Revenue Growth (50%)Drive top-line revenue by identifying, negotiating, and activating high-value partnerships with GCCs, upskilling platforms, HR tech players, and industry bodiesCreate monetizable partnership frameworks that deliver mutual ROI and long-term valueBuild a robust revenue pipeline through tailored B2B offerings, joint ventures, and platform integrationsChampion deal-making that balances user value and commercial upsideCultivate C-level relationships and become a trusted growth partner for leading organizationsMonetization & Sales Strategy (30%)Lead end-to-end monetization strategy across jobs, learning/coaching, and community productsDefine premium offerings and pricing models for job listings, interview coaching, career bootcamps, and paid community features Identify whitespace revenue opportunities by analyzing market gaps and competitor movesPartner with Product to commercialize new features and optimize conversion funnelsSet ambitious revenue goals and deliver with precisionCross-Functional Sales Enablement (20%)Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to embed monetization into the platform journeyCo-create go-to-market campaigns with strategic partnersEnable the sales and account management teams with tools, decks, and narratives to drive conversionsTrack and report on KPIs, revenue impact, and partnership success stories to the leadership team What You Bring10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships with a revenue mandateDemonstrated success in closing high-value deals and scaling B2B/B2C revenue streamsExperience monetizing digital platforms—ideally in edtech or HR tech A sharp commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to opportunity sizing and decision-makingExcellent executive presence and negotiation skillsHustle, ambition, and a passion for building category-defining revenue engines
