Department: Human Resources Total Work Experience: Min. 6+ years of experience Education: Min Graduate/ PG/MBA will be preferred Objective:Induct newly joined sales representative by conducting channel specific induction program including product, processes and usage of technology assets. This will include all processes relevant to the Field Executive in the discharge of their duties. This job is not a traditional training job but requires an in-depth (and continuing) knowledge of the processes, products and technology used by Field Executives. Responsibilities: Design the orientation program for new joiners in designated sales teams through effective training methodologies, both in groups and individually via video conferencing/ telecons / e-learning / classroom / on the job training, to equip the new joinee with requisite tools and knowledge to make him productive within two weeks of joining. Do a training need analysis by interacting with stake holders of different channels, analyzing the sales reports & interaction with sales representative & partners Conduct timely assessments to gauge the product & process knowledge of the sales team of the region This will require the trainers to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, keeping one abreast with business developments, routinely engaging with leader on performance discussions. Knowledge and skills: Good communication skills Should be good at stakeholder management Should be comfortable working with data and should have an analytical bend: Combine EQ and IQ, with data orientation Well versed with the use of Word/PowerPoint/Excel. Content creation ability. From GI training domain will be given preference.
