If you are passionate about the future of software and excited about contributing to a team that embraces the next frontier of technology, Sapaad is the place to be!RESPONSIBILITIESProven experience with Ruby on Rails for backend API development, including building and maintaining APIs for large-scale applications.Strong ability to leverage AI effectively to augment and accelerate the software development process. This includes the ability to formulate project requirements in clear concise written form, derive and engineer effective AI prompts for natural language programming, utilize AI-driven discourse to formulate world class code architecture and coding patterns, diagnosis and error detection, and system design to optimize feature delivery and reduce development time.Strong understanding of RESTful API design, API versioning, and third-party API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, Accounting Platform etc).Proficient in writing clean, efficient, and test-driven Ruby code that is scalable, maintainable, and bug-free.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and functional programming concepts in Ruby.Experience with OAuth, JWT, and API authentication protocols for secure API communication.Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases, and experience working with complex queries in API-driven applications.Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git, for managing codebases and collaborating with development teams.Familiarity with API testing frameworks (e.g., RSpec, Postman) and experience with debugging and troubleshooting APIs.Strong understanding of SaaS/PaaS platforms for hosting and scaling API services.Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and optimize code, and resolve integration issues efficiently.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for collaborating on projects and learning new technologies.SKILLSExperience with Webhooks, event-driven architecture, or messaging systems.Understanding of microservices architectures.Knowledge and experience with AI-powered tools to aid in system optimization and predictive modeling.
