Dear Folks,We are urgently hiring for Senior Designers/Senior Manager Design - Kids wear/Infants for a well known kids wear brand in Bangalore. CTC : 25-30 LPA Here’s what will be expected out of you every day: ➢ Conceptualizing & working on seasonal trend-boards and line-sheets. Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and specifications for each collection. ➢ Meet deadlines and deliver designs on time. ➢ Work closely with the sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are executed to the highest standard. ➢ Conduct market research, brand product bench-marking and analyse trends to take informed design decisions. ➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams – sourcing, technical, marketing, and buying. ➢ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customer and their needs. ➢ Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the kids wear industry, incorporating relevant insights into the range. ➢ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What we want: ➢ Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Design.
