Essentially, we help perpetuate the growth of these smaller companies by helping them escape the large overhead costs of an in-house IT department.Job OverviewThis role involves to oversee concurrent client onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and seamless deployment of core IT tools, endpoint security, and privileged access management solutions. Provide expert-level support to end users, resolving installation and configuration issues efficiently. Contribute to process optimization through active involvement in team-driven continuous improvement initiatives.Immediate joiners are prefered.Duties and Responsibilities·       Handle workload of 3-4 simultaneous client onboarding projects ·       Handle project deliverable tasks as assigned by the Onboarding Coordinator and Engineer·       Handle rollout of tools such as RMM, endpoint security and privileged access management·       Work with individual users to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues of tools as needed·       Work with team to implement patch management policies·      Work with SOC team to implement integrations between baseline security tools and SIEM log monitoring platform·       Participate in continuous improvement exercises with the teamQualifications and Skills·       At least 1 year of experience as a help desk / service desk technician in an MSP or internal service desk setting·       Strong time management skills to balance competing timelines of multiple projects ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills·       Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow documented procedures
