The candidate will play a critical role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our offerings to help them accelerate their digital lending transformation.Key Responsibilities:Study our Digital Lending solution in detail and tailor value propositions specific to each target segment (NBFCs & fintechs).Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.Research target accounts in NBFCs and fintech companies to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.Research and track new players in the lending space (via RBI, NHB, etc.) to build a dynamic and relevant prospect list.Should have SWOT of competitorsDo email campaignsShould have prior knowledge in usage of SEOMonitor BFSI events and industry conferences across the country, participate actively to represent Ziva, build brand visibility, and network with key stakeholdersShould take stall in BFSI events and propagate ZivaMaintain and update a competitor intelligence database, mapping their customer base, understanding gaps, and identifying opportunities for conversionEngage with prospects to understand their current solution’s effectiveness and identify pain points with competitor offerings.To keep track of tenders for digital lending platformQualify leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos for the Sales/Account Executives.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead qualification strategies and campaign effectiveness.Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, statuses, and notes in the CRM system.Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new outreach opportunities.Desired Skills & Experience:1 to 5 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Digital Lending Solutions.Strong communication and persuasive skills.Prior experience in selling to BFSI/ NBFC/ Fintech sectors is preferred.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.Willingness and ability to travel as neededFluency in Hindi and English is mandatoryInterested candidates can share your updated CV to dijilin.d@
