This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced sales professionals and ambitious freshers to build a rewarding career in a high-growth industry.Key Responsibilities: * Actively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital outreach. * Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase The Mansion Company's platform and investment opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their investment goals and providing tailored solutions. * Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress within our CRM system. * Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and the latest developments in the prop-tech and real estate investment sectors. * Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction. * Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. * Adhere to the company's ethical standards and compliance guidelines in all sales activities.Qualifications: * For Experienced Candidates: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the real estate, financial services, or technology sectors. * For Freshers: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
