Faxoc offers AI-powered recruitment, job matching, large resume database, automated resume search, job advertisements, talent pool management, applications tracking, staffing agencies management, employee onboarding, and employee performance analytics.Role DescriptionThe Recruitment Manager at Faxoc is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process using Faxoc's HRMS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent efficiently and effectively.Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing Faxoc's HRMS and ATS to streamline the hiring process.Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring effective collaboration and achievement of recruitment targets.Utilize Faxoc's advanced candidate search and job portal features to identify and engage potential candidates.Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.Leverage Faxoc's analytics and reporting tools to monitor recruitment metrics and make informed decisions to improve hiring processes.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal standards and industry best practices, maintaining data security and confidentiality.Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.Promote the organization's culture and values through effective employer branding initiatives, attracting top talent aligned with the company's mission.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proficiency in using HRMS and ATS platforms, strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
