Job Title:Business Development Executive (BDE)Location:LucknowJob Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and patient Business Development Executive (BDE) whose primary responsibility is to make outbound calls throughout the day to potential vendors and venues from provided lists and through self-sourced data (Google, directories, search engines, etc.). The candidate must make a minimum of 50 successful conversations per day (excluding non-answered calls) and ensure that all collected information is accurately updated on the CRM platform. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English and proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to vendors and venues from provided lists and self-researched sources.• Ensure a minimum of 50 actual (answered) calls per working day.• Gather and record complete, accurate information in the CRM system.• Perform basic research using Google and other search engines to identify new leads.• Maintain and update call records, follow-up status, and vendor responses regularly.• Communicate clearly and politely in both Hindi and English.• Handle vendor queries patiently and professionally during calls.• Coordinate with the internal team for data handover and further processes.• Maintain organized records using CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.What You Get:This role is more than just daily calls and targets — it's a real-world crash course in communication, organization, and persistence.
