Role & responsibilitiesEstablishing & implementation of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Risk Assessment, RCA, etc.Developing work methodology, Inspection & Test Plans for all activities, (in coordination with site QC managers)Smooth functioning of Quality Inspection process, with OR without software.Coordinating with Collaborative service providers (for quality) for their effective performanceLeading the Quality Team on all fronts successfully including allocationParticipate in interview & selection process of Quality personnelManaging periodic site quality audits, NC ManagementEffective implementation of Re-work/ s/c performance-based debit systemDeveloping & implementing periodical Quality Surveillance process.Establishing & implementing Lessons LearnedManaging data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of QMS.Providing Support for ISO 9001:2015 certification.Maintain documentation & prepare Quality reports for management.Preferred candidate profileMinimum 18 yrs experience in Quality function of Real Estate Industry. Should have handled senior role.
