Vacancies for Primary Teachers - Grade3 to Grade6 and Pre-Primary Teachers - Playgroup to Grade2. Candidates are expected to have following attributes:Love and compassion for childrenDiscipline and work ethicsSubject Knowledge with or without prior experienceOratory skills to express confidentlyPatience, quick thinking and psychosocial balance to engage with children of diverse learning needsEducation Qualifications:Mandatory: Any Graduation or Post-graduation from recognized University or College.Preferable: B.Ed, D.Ed, TETExperience: Prior experience as a Teacher is preferred but not mandatory to haveComfortable to speak in English along with any one or more Indian languagesResponsibilities of the role:Prepare periodic lesson plans according to the curriculum Create and establish props required for effective teachingConduct classroom sessions and effectively engage students into learning processDevelop artifacts for students to practice their learningsTo continuously evaluate behavioral and learning patterns of each student of the classAdopt changes according to learning needs of the class and recalibrate teaching techniquesDevelop question papers, answer keys and valuate answer sheetsWrite data points in periodic assessment sheetsTo effectively articulate and explain child's progress to parentsAccept feedback from parents and utilize that feedback to prepare constructive changesConduct and participate in field trips and special workshops as part of extracurricular activitiesDisplay teamwork with rest of the colleagues - teaching or non-teaching staffEngage transparently with Principal and/or Management in seeking positive changes
