Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with our customer support team and logistics partners, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring timely follow-ups on operational tasks. You will act as the link between different teams to ensure that service quality, customer experience, and backend operations are all aligned and executed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the customer support team to resolve issues requiring cross-team follow-upsLiaise with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and adherence to service standardsMonitor operational KPIs and flag any delays or bottlenecks in service flowAssist in administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day functioningWork closely with the tech and operations teams to streamline internal workflowsSuggest process improvements based on recurring operational issuesQualificationsAnalytical Skills and Operations ManagementProblem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsPrior experience with project coordination, administrative assistance or logistics is a plusCompensationCTC: ₹2,16,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (Based on experience and overall fit for the role)
