We, Biotastic Health Systems (formerly IceCode Recovery) are a fast-growing wellness startup specializing in premium recovery solutions such as cold therapy systems, red light therapy panels, and advanced saunas. Over the past two years, we’ve transformed from an ice bath brand into a holistic wellness ecosystem, catering to both luxury residential customers and commercial wellness businesses (gyms, spas, physiotherapy clinics, and corporate wellnessprograms).Location: Chennai, India Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹80,000 + Performance-Based IncentivesTo drive the next phase of our growth, we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to build, manage, and scale our B2B & D2C sales operations.The Head of Sales at Biotastic is responsible for:Managing and converting leads. Developing a scalable sales pipeline. Managing & converting high-valueLeading and growing the sales team.Closing B2B partnerships with gyms, wellness centers, and hotels. through optimized online and offline strategies.Driving D2C salesYou will be selling premium wellness products, including: Saunas → Infrared, hybrid, and traditional models for commercial & luxury home use.Chillers → High-performance cooling systems designed for recovery & therapy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Conversion: Prioritize & respond to incoming high-intent leads within 24 hours. Engage via calls, emails, and meetings to understand customer needs. Present tailored solutions that highlight the luxury, wellness, and performance benefits of Biotastic products. Maintain a high follow-up rate to ensure maximum lead conversion.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a high-performance sales strategy for B2B & D2C channels. Create customized proposals and pricing structures for different client segments. Stay ahead of market trends & competitor offerings to position Biotastic strategically. Work closely with marketing & operations to ensure seamless customer experience.Business Development & Relationship Management: Build partnerships with gyms, physiotherapy centers, and high-end wellness resorts. Establish relationships with real estate developers, interior designers, and luxury builders for residential sauna sales. Leverage influencer collaborations to boost brand credibility & word- of-mouth referrals.Sales Team Leadership & Scaling: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set and track weekly/monthly sales targets. streamline operations. Implement a CRM-based tracking system ( Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot) to streamline operations. Foster a results-driven and customer-centric sales culture.Performance Tracking & Data Analysis: Monitor sales KPIs & conversion rates to optimize performance. Maintain detailed reports of leads, sales activities, and customer insights. Provide weekly and monthly updates to leadership with actionable insights.Expectations & Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs )Daily Expectations: Contact all incoming leads within 24 hours. Log all sales activities & updates in CRM. Share a daily progress report with the Founder.Weekly Expectations: Analyze weekly sales performance and present insights. Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks & opportunities. Drive 5- 10 B2B partnership outreach efforts.Monthly Expectations: Achieve monthly revenue targets. Maintain a maximum lead-to-conversion rate of. Track customer satisfaction & post-sale engagement. Present a detailed sales report with success stories & improvement plans.
